AquaProof Floors is a brand of HF Design LLC (“AquaProof,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect at aquaprooffloors.com, why, and what choices you have.

The short version: We don’t sell anything online, and we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone. We collect your contact details only when you ask us something or request a free sample — and we use them only to respond to you and get your sample shipped.

Information we collect

When you contact us or request a sample

To respond to an inquiry or send you a free sample, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if you provide it)
  • Shipping address (for sample requests)
  • The flooring colors you’re interested in
  • Anything you write in your message

Form submissions are processed through GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer-relationship platform we use to manage and respond to inquiries. GoHighLevel processes this information on our behalf as our service provider. See the GoHighLevel Privacy Policy.

When you sign up for our newsletter

If you opt in, we collect your name and email address. Newsletter delivery is handled by Brevo. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page, collected through Google Analytics to understand how the site is used
  • Approximate location — we use your IP address to estimate your state or region so the site can show the flooring collections available where you live. This is an estimate, not precise GPS location
  • Cookies — small files that keep the site working, remember your region, and measure site traffic

How we use your information

We use it only to:

  • Respond to your question or request
  • Ship your free sample
  • Connect you with the authorized dealer serving your area
  • Send you our newsletter, only if you asked for it
  • Keep the site secure and working properly

That’s it. We don’t use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we don’t build advertising audiences from it.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
  • We don’t rent or trade your information for anyone else’s marketing.
  • We don’t sell products directly through this website — AquaProof flooring is sold through authorized dealers and distributors.
  • We don’t require an account to browse the site or request a sample.

Who we share information with

Only where it’s necessary to actually help you:

  • Authorized dealers and distributors — when you request a sample or ask to be connected with a local dealer, we pass your request to the authorized distributor for your region so they can fulfill it
  • Service providers — the platforms that operate on our behalf: GoHighLevel (inquiry management), Brevo (newsletter), shipping carriers, and our website host
  • When required by law — if we’re legally compelled, or need to protect our rights or safety

Third-party services on our website

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — processes and manages contact and sample-request forms
  • Google Analytics / Tag Manager — measures website traffic and usage
  • Google reCAPTCHA — blocks spam and bot form submissions. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
  • Brevo — sends our newsletter to subscribers
  • WonderPush — browser notifications, only if you opt in
  • accessiBe — website accessibility tools
  • Cloudflare — website delivery and security

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from marketing email anytime using the link in any message
  • Turn off browser notifications in your browser settings
  • Manage cookies through your browser settings
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you
  • Opt out of analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on

If you’re a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access or deletion, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and sample-request records only as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill your request, and maintain normal business records. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards including SSL/TLS encryption, firewall protection, and access controls. No website can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children’s privacy

Our website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email [email protected] and we’ll delete it.

We link to authorized dealers and other third-party sites. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies before sharing information with them.
