AquaProof Spring Hills waterproof laminate flooring installed in a bright modern living room

Flooring that handles real life

Most flooring is sold on how it looks in a showroom. We build ours for what happens after it’s installed — the spilled glass, the dog that came in from the rain, the dishwasher that picked a bad week to leak.

AquaProof is 100% waterproof laminate flooring that looks like real hardwood and holds up to real households.

Not water-resistant. Not “waterproof surface, absorbent core.” Waterproof from the core out.

Waterproof means waterproof

This is the part most brands blur. Plenty of flooring gets called waterproof because of a surface coating — but a floor is only as waterproof as its weakest layer, and with laminate that’s always been the core.

AquaProof starts there. The core board itself won’t swell, warp, or come apart when water sits on it. Spills don’t become emergencies. A leak you didn’t catch for two days doesn’t mean a new floor.

We put an AquaProof plank and a traditional laminate plank in the same standing water and filmed what happened to both. We’d rather show you than tell you.

It looks like wood because of how it’s made

Close-up of AquaProof Spring Hills waterproof laminate flooring with an embossed-in-register (EIR) finish

Every AquaProof floor uses embossed-in-register (EIR) texture — the surface grain is physically pressed to line up with the wood pattern printed beneath it. Run your hand across it and the texture follows the grain you’re looking at.

That’s the detail that separates a convincing floor from an obvious one. Most laminate skips it because it costs more to produce.

Built to take a beating

Kids, pets, entryway grit, rolling chairs. It’s built for the floor you actually walk on.

Easy to install, quiet underfoot

Most rooms are a weekend project. Step-by-step guides for every locking system are on our Resources page, in English and Spanish.

Where it works

Kitchens. Bathrooms. Laundry rooms. Basements. Entryways. Mudrooms.

The rooms flooring salespeople used to steer laminate away from are exactly the rooms AquaProof was built for.

Premium performance, real-world price

We’re not trying to be the most expensive floor on the market. We’re trying to be the one that still looks right in ten years — at a price that makes sense for an actual renovation budget.

See it in your own space

A screen can show you the color. It can’t show you the texture, and it definitely can’t show you how it looks in your light, in your room, next to your cabinets.
