2. About AquaProof
AquaProof Floors is a brand of HF Design LLC. We manufacture and market waterproof laminate flooring sold through a network of authorized distributors and dealers. The Site is an informational and product-discovery resource — it is not a direct-to-consumer retail store.
3. Free samples
We offer complimentary flooring samples so you can evaluate color and texture in your own space.
- Samples are provided free of charge, subject to availability and reasonable quantity limits.
- We may limit, decline, or cancel sample requests — including suspected abuse, resale, or bulk or automated ordering.
- Samples are provided for evaluation only and are not for resale.
- Sample requests may be fulfilled by us or by the authorized distributor serving your region.
- Shipping is generally limited to the continental United States.
4. Product availability varies by region
Our product collections and available colors differ by geographic region. Because AquaProof is distributed through regional partners, a color shown on this Site may not be available in your area.
The Site uses your approximate location to display collections available in your region. This is an automated estimate and may be inaccurate. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by an authorized dealer or distributor.
5. Product information, colors, and specifications
We work to keep product information accurate, but:
- Color and texture representations are approximate. Screen settings, lighting, and photography affect how flooring appears. Always evaluate a physical sample before purchasing — we provide them free for exactly this reason.
- Specifications, dimensions, and product offerings may change without notice.
- Room visualizer tools are illustrative only and do not represent a guarantee of actual appearance.
- We do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content are error-free or current.
6. Pricing and purchases
Pricing, terms of sale, and purchasing are handled by authorized dealers and distributors, not by this Site. Any pricing shown here is for reference and is not an offer to sell. Contact an authorized dealer for current pricing and availability.
7. Warranty
Product warranties are provided in separate written warranty documents, available on our Resources page. Those documents govern warranty coverage in full. Nothing on this Site modifies, extends, or replaces the written warranty terms, and warranty coverage typically depends on proper installation and maintenance in accordance with our published instructions.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, product photography, room scenes, logos, trademarks, product names, catalogs, and design — is owned by HF Design LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
AquaProof and AquaProof XL, and associated logos, are trademarks of HF Design LLC.
You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Site content commercially without our prior written permission. Authorized dealers and distributors may use approved marketing materials in accordance with their distribution agreement.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false information or impersonate another person
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-submit forms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security
- Use the Site to transmit malware or harmful code
- Abuse the free sample program

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HF Design LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100 USD.
